These printable teacher newsletter templates took me forever to put together today – but I think they are worth it! There is a different design for every month of the school year – though the first template could really be used year-round. I’ve worked to make them generic as possible to accommodate a wide variety of uses, but I’d love to hear suggestions from you as to how these templates could be more useful for your classroom!

Christmas Word Ladders

A friend of mine that is a teacher told me recently how much she loves giving word ladders to her 3rd grade students. I didn’t realize teachers would prefer them over word searches because they are better teaching tools. Since then I’ve found that they are a little challenging to put together! It’s not easy having to run through the alphabet 30+ times trying to put together a string of words that work!! So that’s why I’m really happy I was able to come up with these Christmas themed word ladders – with Christmas words, no less! Trust me, it wasn’t easy!!

These Christmas themed math color by number worksheets are 1st grade math level. Addition sums in double digits from 1 – 20. Subtraction differences in single digits from 1 – 10. They feature a puppy and a penguin ready for Santa!

Addition and First-Then Logic Christmas Math Worksheets

The first math worksheet is addition up to 20 with no regrouping, great for first or second graders. The second math worksheet is a combination of addition, multiplication and division with math problems in parenthesis that requires students to use ‘First – Then’ logic to solve the equations. This worksheet is appropriate for third and fourth graders.

Patterns and Addition Christmas Math Worksheets

These teacher worksheets include simple addition with sums below 10 and pattern recognition. These worksheets are appropriate for preschool, kindergarten and first grade students
